This team has the legislative responsibility to oversee the whole of The Gem City Church Collective (GCCC). The Lead Pastor (Elder) of the Gem City Church Collective leads the team which is made up of laypersons numbering no less than 9 and no more than 12 with gifts of leadership, team building, prayer/intercession, discernment, strategic thinking, as well as financial and legal acumen. The Collective Board ensures compliance with The Book of Discipline of The United Methodist Church. Responsibilities of The Collective Board include but are not limited to:

Strengthen and protect the unity of the collective.
Encourage Church Campuses, their pastors, and their leaders.
Prayerful discernment and strategy on future campuses of the GCCC.
Champion the GCCC as a catalyst for change within the body of Christ.
Receive recommendations from campuses regarding the clergy under appointment.
Oversee the Finance, HR, and Communication departments for the GCCC.
